The Fort Talks: The Power of Citizen Journalism in Thailand and Myanmar

On May 9, 2024, supporters of citizen journalists in Thailand and Myanmar discussed the work of training communities in the art of storytelling and the impact of this work at The Fort.

The event began with a screening of an edited version of “Journalist Note,” a documentary film about the work of acclaimed Myanmar journalist Hla Hla Win after the 2021 coup.
